Loft Shower Rooms and Bathrooms - design, spplied and fitted.

Things to consider when designing you en suite bathroom:
Shower
If you have the headroom in a loft bathroom, it's a good idea to fit a shower because it will help when it comes to resale. However, if you're after a relaxed spa feel, a shower head attached to the bath could suffice. Either way, you may need a pump to generate enough water pressure. See our feature on heating and plumbing in a loft to find out more.
Bath
In a room as minimal as this one the sanitaryware has to work really hard, so choosing a bath that looks the business should be a priority when allocating your budget. And remember that wall mounted taps look more contemporary than bath mounted versions.

Flooring / underfloor heating
We recommend to use underfloor heating if the floor is going to be tiled. U/f heating heats the bathroom equally and it feels good to walk over worm tiles.
Towel rail
A simple towel rail will dry and make towls worm. some of designer towel rais can be a nice feature in a moder loft bathroom.
Storage
In a compact bathroom it's essential to have good bathroom storage. If you're not the orderly sort, steer clear of open designs and go for a vanity unit with shelves and a drawer instead. Storage that doubles as a washstand, complete with a stylish limestone or travertine basin will save valuable space.
Luxury Towels
If you're going to have towels on display, make sure they're good ones. 100% cotton is a must if soft and luxurious is what you're after.
